Coachman Estates

Coachman Estates is one of Barrington, NH's newest sub-divisions.  As of summer 2010, construction is under way and going full tilt.  Because the road is so new, it's not even shown on the google map below.  However, the road connects Scruton Pond Road and Locke Hill Lane.  Because of this, there may be some light traffic as compared to a cul-de-sac neighborhood.

The homes in Coachman Estates are modest, entry level homes that offer GREAT bang for the buck.  Because of this, they are selling quite fast even in today's NH Real Estate market.
