Juniper Street

Juniper Street Area is comprised of the following streets, Juniper, Wildwood, Hillside Drive, Susan, Hickory, Tingley, Towle, Westview and the most recent additions are Balsem, Hemlock and Meadow Lane.  This area was developed in the Mid 1970's and the latter mentioned streets were added as late as 1992.  Prior to the Real Estate boom of the late 1990's and early 2000, this area was one of Rochester’s most prestigious areas.  Given it's southern location which provides easy commuting, light traffic patterns, mature landscaped roadways, this is still a very desirable area to call home.   As I child, I spent many days playing with friends and classmates in these areas and have nothing but fond memories of this location.
