  This condominium project was started in 2007 and is considered to be part of the down town river walk project as they are located along the Cocheco River which runs through the center of Rochester.  Sales for these units have been slow due to the fact that the immediate area is one that has been a bit run down.  However, a speculation purchase could pay dividends in the long run once the river walk project has been completed.   Condo fees are $150/ month
